We're blown away that Sarah Jessica Parker, aka columnist Carrie Bradshaw on "Sex and the City," has bought two adjacent properties in Manhattan's Greenwich Village. But, as Carrie might tap out on her ever-present PowerBook: We can't help but wonder what the actress is planning to do with those combined 14,000 square feet.

SJP grabbed the whisper-listed 273-275 W. 11th St. for $35.5 million, a nice bargain for the properties that some had valued at $44 million, according to The Real Deal.

The two properties, with a 2,100-square-foot garden, could be combined into one manse with ample space for Carrie's shoe collection or SJP's own line of strappy stilettos. The townhouses were owned by the United Methodist Women, a nonprofit that had owned the buildings since the 1920s.

The actress and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, have become quite the NYC land barons. Last July, they flipped an East 10th Street townhouse for a little over $18.25 million, and Vogue says they own a townhouse in Brooklyn Heights and three houses in the Hamptons.

Parker's also set to return to the network that made her an international superstar -- her new comedy, " Divorce," is set to premiere on HBO this fall.
