Samantha Bee, a major player in the cresting wave of comic opposition to the Trump presidency, has picked up a co-op on Manhattan’s Upper West Side for $3.7 million, according to The Real Deal.

The “Full Frontal” host and her husband, Jason Jones, a former “Daily Show” correspondent, bought the apartment on Riverside Drive, which is known for its large prewar digs. This two-unit combo features four bedrooms, a white kitchen, and dining, living, and media rooms. The bedroom “wing” is fronted by glass-paneled french doors.

Light pours from south- and east-facing windows into the apartment on the top floor of the four-story building at Riverside and 102nd street. The unit also sports parquet floors, painted beamed ceilings, and a fireplace topped with a marble mantel. It was last sold in 2013 for $2.95 million.

The Canadian-born Bee recently made headlines with her plan to host a “Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner” on the same April night when the real White House Correspondents’ Dinner is being held, the annual event where the current president, A-list celebrities, and the press corps mix and mingle. She’s also an alum of “The Daily Show” and has carried her brand of topical, political humor into her own popular show.
