Retired NBA Star Kenyon Martin Cuts the Price on His Woodland Hills Mansion

Recently retired Kenyon Martin doesn't have any plans to return to the basketball court after a 15-year career, but the former power forward is making a comeback in the real estate world. After knocking $50,000 off the price, Martin recently put his Woodland Hills, CA, home back on the market.

Built in 2006 and listed for $1.8 million, the Mediterranean-style home has four bedrooms and a separate guesthouse.

The main residence has an open floor plan with a large family room, bar, and formal dining room. The kitchen has high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. A neutral color scheme and travertine floors flow throughout the house, providing a cohesive look.

The home sits on more than a half-acre. The backyard -- perfectly sized for parties -- has a custom pool and spa, a Sport Court, and an abundance of palm trees.

We'll bet the second time around will turn out to be a slam dunk for the former NBA All-Star.
