Former NBA point guard Earl Watson has his mansion in Encino, CA, on the rental and real estate market: You can buy the eclectic Spanish-style home for $3.5 million, or you can rent it for $25,000 a month.

That's a steep price, but the place is huge -- 8,573 square feet, to be exact -- and it comes with six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. Maybe you can bring all your friends for a monthslong party here? We're not sure what kind of landlord Watson is -- he may rent only to folks who appreciate the relative calm of Encino.

The house features a second-story deck, a backyard with a loggia, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and pool house, and a home theater. There are flat-screen TVs in every bedroom.

The 13-year NBA veteran bought the home (built in 2008) in June 2010 for $4 million, so he'd take a $500,000 hit if the home sells for its asking price.

However, if the former UCLA star is able to score some rental income while he bides his time waiting for a buyer, that's a plus. After playing for seven teams over the course of his career, Watson is currently an assistant coach for the Phoenix Suns.
