Former NSYNC countertenor Chris Kirkpatrick may not have hit the big time like his former band mate Justin Timberlake, but that doesn't mean he isn't living the sweet life. His swanky, $2.3 million Orlando escape has all the swag you'd expect from a boy band member, with enough class to tempt even the most serious of buyers.

Kirkpatrick has stayed under the radar since the days of shrieking teenagers and megastardom with NSYNC. Since the band's 2005 breakup, he's found work as a voice actor for "The Fairly OddParents" and reality star in CMT's "Gone Country" (he lost to Sebastian Bach, formerly of Skid Row).

His 6,314-square-foot home offers superstar views of Big Sand Lake, and you can "see the splendor of Disney fireworks from so many places within the home," says listing agent Julie Bettosini of Stockworth Realty Group. (Disney World's Cinderella Castle is 5.5 miles away, as the crow flies.)

The home's lower level -- a rarity in central Florida -- is an entertainer's paradise, complete with a game room, bar, and patio that opens onto an infinity pool. Don't miss the stunning theater, with a ruched fabric ceiling and decor that screams "I Dream of Jeannie."

"It's really one of a kind," says Bettosini.
