We've loved actress Nicollette Sheridan since her days steaming up the cul-de-sac of "Knots Landing." The blond bombshell went on to become a "rhymes with 'witch'" superstar on "Desperate Housewives," but she's kept a low profile since leaving the drama of Wisteria Lane in 2009.

With her career in a lull, she's reshuffling her property portfolio and parting with her home in Bel Air, CA. Listed for $3.6 million, the quaint '50s ranch is billed as the " Quintessential Charming Hideaway." The private driveway and lush landscaping back up that claim.

The three-bedroom main house offers more than 2,700 square feet of living space. Out back is a one-bedroom guest cottage, which is perfect for extra income if/when your TV character is killed off.

In fact, Sheridan has used the home she purchased in the '90s as an income generator for the past couple of years. In 2013, Variety reported that she was renting her spread for $12,500 per month.

Situated on just over an acre and a half, the home also has a pool, patio, and landscaped backyard with views of the canyon below.

We don't know the next chapter of this soapy tale, but we're sure Sheridan is hoping for a dramatic bidding war culminating in a successful sale.
