Jermaine Gresham's old Kentucky home … is on the market for $375,000. Built in 2006, his condo is conveniently located just across the river from Cincinnati, OH -- the home of the tight end's former team, the Cincinnati Bengals.

A first-round pick out of Oklahoma, the collegiate All-American signed a five-year deal with the Bengals in 2010. The 27-year-old bid farewell to Cincinnati after the 2014 season and headed for warmer climes in the Southwest.

Now with Arizona, Gresham recently reupped with the Cardinals for a one-year deal after a so-so 2015 season, turning down larger paydays with the New York Jets and the Chicago Bears.

The Oklahoma native must really like the warm weather in Arizona. Meanwhile, there's lots to like about his old pad as well.

The surprisingly spacious end unit has been freshened up with new paint and carpet, according to the listing.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo includes an open kitchen with city and river views, a master suite with luxury en suite bathroom, and two walk-in closets. The lower level features a wet bar and walkout patio.
