Former Detroit Lion Reggie Bush is going out with a roar: The newly minted San Francisco 49er has put his contemporary home in Birmingham, MI, on the market for $2,495,000.

Now's your chance to live like a publicity-snagging, Heisman-winning All-American. The running back is selling the house furnished. "It's gorgeous," says listing agent Eddie Mallad. "He's got tremendous taste."

Skeptical? Don't just take the agent's word -- look at the pictures. Those wall coverings! The furniture! The sleek open kitchen! "It's a 'wow' house," Mallad says.

It was merely an "OK" house when Bush bought it in 2013. The house was built in 1998 by a Detroit businessman, who later lost it in a short sale when his businesses went under in the recession, the agent says. Two investors snapped it up for "under a million," fixed it up, and sold it to Bush in short order.

Apparently, the Super Bowl champ knows what he likes. "He wanted the place to be more him," Mallad says. The California native brought in local interior designer Jeffrey King, who "warmed it up." King added wall coverings, paint, and gorgeous furnishings. "Most of the furniture is specific to that house," Mallad says.

The residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, and plenty of leather. Although the first two floors add up to about 4,500 square feet, there's practically another house on the lower level. It includes a sitting area, a game room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wet bar, an exercise room, and a "phenomenal" sliding glass wall that leads "right out to the pool," the agent notes.

Bush sold his Hollywood Hills steel-and-glass home in May. Many casual sports fans might recall his highly public and highly contentious relationship with reality TV star Kim Kardashian. The two have long since split. Bush will be plying his trade in the San Francisco Bay Area this season after signing with the 49ers in March.
