You've watched former quarterback Terry Bradshaw co-host "Fox NFL Sunday" for decades. Now you can live in the Super Bowl champ's home on the Big Island town of Kamuela, HI, if you can tackle the $2.7 million price tag.

The Steelers legend bought the property only a year ago, according to the Los Angeles Times, for $1.85 million. So it seems he also brought his A-game to real estate.

Whether or not the broadcaster gets his asking price, the views from his house just might be priceless.

"They're wow views -- mountains, Pacific Ocean, Maui -- what more could you ask for?" listing agent Michele Paape says.

Well, you could ask for a luxurious tropical retreat -- and you'd get it. The home nestled on 11 lushly landscaped acres has an open floor plan that visually flows outdoor to the stunning lap pool.

The 1,900-foot elevation of the private community keeps the sweltering heat at bay during the day and night, the agent notes.

And here's a bonus: The four-bedroom, 4,500-square-foot getaway built in 2005 also includes a separate 900-square-foot guesthouse with its own lanai and views, perfect for vacationing with friends and family.
