Tech investor Kevin DeNuccio and wife Claudia are selling their New York City penthouse for $3.47 million.
The building, located in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood, has appeared in several popular movies including “Godfather III,” “Scarface,” “Bullets Over Broadway” and Marvel's Spider-Man films.

Many of the apartments on the building's top floor — including this property— have three-story living rooms and cinematic terra-cotta terraces decked out with griffins and gargoyles.
This renovated penthouse comes with 18-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling casement windows and views of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings.

The unit, which has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, has over 2,240 square feet of living space plus it features an open layout with prewar details, chandeliers, a woodburning fireplace and lots of light.
The apartment has been on and off the market since 2012.
The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Pat Slochower.
