Two years after he initially tried to sell his Oklahoma City home for $1.95 million, NBA megastar Kevin Durant has put the house back on the market -- with nearly a 50% price cut.

Now listed for $1,095,000, the 5,744-square-foot home is pure suburban luxury. It features a soaring entryway and a living room with a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, and several seating areas for entertaining.

The kitchen with its checkered floor, steel countertops and high-end appliances is a chef's delight. More opulence can be found in the red-walled master bedroom, which features high ceilings and blond wood planks.

If you're more of an outdoor person, you could head to the backyard for dip in the large pool or the hot tub.

Durant, the All-Star forward for the Oklahoma City Thunder, has called Oklahoma home since 2008 and lead the team to the finals in 2012. One of the league's brightest stars, he was named NBA MVP in 2014. He also brought home gold with the U.S. national basketball team in the 2012 Summer Olympics.
