NASCAR speed fiend Denny Hamlin is selling his former home in Davidson, NC, for $498,990.

But Hamlin doesn't live there any more. Shortly after taking the house for a quick spin after purchasing it in 2004, he tossed the keys over to his parents, according to listing agent Meredith Tomascak.

Hamlin's fans might recognize the address -- 18736 Dembridge Dr. -- because the four-bedroom house has the same address as the Denny Hamlin Fan Club, which his mom runs.

The charming 3,629-square-foot brick face home is located in the River Run Country Club neighborhood and has yard that just won't quit. Tomascak said it won at least one neighborhood "Yard of the Year" award.

Plus, the home just had its price cut by $11,000, so you might want to burn rubber getting over there if you're interested.

Hamlin had a rather disappointing 38th-place showing at the AAA Texas 500, but he's still one of the sport's leading drivers and ranks 11th in NASCAR's power rankings. He's in the midst of building a massive 31,000-square-foot mansion in Cornelius, NC.
