"Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer is selling his three-bedroom condo in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood for $9.75 million, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The condo on 11th Avenue is "framed" by nearly 100 feet of Hudson River frontage, which is a fancy way to say it has a spectacular river view. The 3,076-square-foot unit with an open floor plan features 11-foot ceilings (high by Manhattan standards), a living room with wet bar and wine fridge (par for the course by upscale Manhattan standards), and a gas-burning fireplace.

All three bedrooms are en suite and have waterfront views. Additional wow factors include motorized shades and terrazzo floors. The 23-story, glass building, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, features a 70-foot indoor-outdoor lap pool and steam rooms.

Best known for playing a persnickety psychiatrist in both "Cheers" and "Frasier," the actor bought the apartment in 2010 for $6.4 million, according to the journal. His publicist, Stan Rosenfield, reportedly said Grammer feels he's "outgrown" the condo.

Grammer, who has been married four times, has six children, including two with "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer, who spent considerable time on the Bravo TV show airing details about the couple's messy divorce and their real estate and custody squabbles.

The 61-year-old actor is currently married to former flight attendant Kayte Grammer.
