Hot Houses: Stephen Curry's Mediterranean mansion and Ozzy Osborne's rock star residence

Each week picks its Top 3 over-the-top luxury listings from Mansion Global.

This week we have Calvin Klein’s Miami beach house, NBA star Stephen Curry’s Bay Area mansion and the former Beverly Hills Home of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

Calvin Klein is keen to sell his beloved Miami beach house to someone who truly appreciates it.

“I have never seen another house like it … I want to sell it to someone who appreciates the aesthetic,” he told the New York Post.

The home, completely designed by Calvin himself, really is quite spectacular.  The ground floor of the 5,800-square-foot house includes a grand infinity pool framed by rows of landscaping that lead out onto 113 feet of open bay.

Built in 1929, the five-bedroom house has an open floorplan with “European craftsmanship” and outdoor living and dining areas that add another 2,000 square feet to the living space.

The home has also five en suite bathrooms and two half baths.

The property comes with furnishings from star antiques dealer Axel Vervoordt, said listing agent Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman.

It could be yours for $15 million and a nod from Calvin.

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry has put his Bay Area mansion on the market for $3.7 million.

Curry and his wife Ayesha have personally sunk more than $400,000 worth of improvements into the 7,520-square-foot, five-bedroom home since purchasing it last year.

The pair have completely redesigned the kitchen, where Ayesha films her Food Network series Ayesha’s Homemade.

The mansion boasts a billiards rooms, a wet bar, a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, multiple terraces and outdoor lounge with a fire pit and a separate casita with a private bathroom and kitchen.

The Beverly Hill mansion previously occupied by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne is also hitting the market for a cool $26.9 million.

The 5,389-square-foot single-story home—designed in 1955 by renowned architect Paul Williams—has been fully remodeled and includes four bedrooms, six baths, marble entryways, a formal living room and dining area that seats 20, and an updated chef’s kitchen.

While the single story mansion may look charming and homey on the outside, it has plenty of amenities that would suit a rock star, including a mosaic tile pool, a media room outfitted with its own bar; a private outdoor spa tub; and a cabana with a fully equipped gym, bathroom, kitchen and barbecue.
