Motorsports Hall of Famer Ricky Carmichael is selling his chic and contemporary mansion in Tallahassee for $6.2 million.

Known as the Greatest of All Time (G.O.A.T.) in the world of motocross, Carmichael is ready to part with a house befitting his nickname.

The three-time X Games gold medalist had the home custom-built in 2009, and his wife, Ursula, took care of the interior design. The home features a five-car garage, 70,000-gallon pool, and theater.

It's situated on 7 acres right off the shore of Lake Hall. It also comes with a two-horse barn, arena, and paddock. And if you feel like revving the engine of a beautiful boat, you could head to the covered dock.

Inside, the five-bedroom house features a massive kitchen with a brick tile backsplash.

Other features in the 9,634-square-foot home include coffered ceilings, a wall of windows with automatic shades, and Epay hardwood flooring.

Downstairs is the man cave with a full bar, fireplace, pool table, and "Daytona USA" arcade cabinet. Looks like it's good to be the G.O.A.T.

Carmichael, 35, is currently prepping for the upcoming Ironman Legends SX race, according to Instagram.
