Shout it out loud: Former Apple Music exec Ian Rogers is giving up his magnum opus of a home in Los Angeles.

Rogers was responsible for the tech company's new streaming music offering, Beats 1, and according to news reports, his sudden departure from the Cupertino company came as a surprise.

But it isn't a surprise that his Southern California home is sleek, modern, and well-designed. Offered for $3.3 million, the 4,200-square-foot, four-bedroom stunner was built in 2014. Denise Freed of BKF Properties under Re/Max Estate Properties is the listing agent.

Features include oak floors, an open office/library, marble countertops, and Viking appliances in the kitchen, three fireplaces, soaring ceilings, glass walls, and a deck off the upstairs master suite, according to the listing. Outside there's a pool, yard, and detached studio.

The digital music leader's home naturally includes a Sonos sound system and iPad-controlled security system.

Rogers is apparently trading in L.A. for a job -- and a house -- in Europe. He has left the music business behind for a position with luxury goods conglomerate LVMH.
