Actress Eva Longoria has listed her villa of many colors in the Hollywood foothills for $1,395,000, according to Variety.

Built in 1924, the classic Mediterranean villa "oozes character and charm," according to the listing. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is nestled on a 3,700-square-foot lot just south of the Hollywood Bowl. Modest in size at just over 2,000 square feet, it features a large living room, chef's kitchen, and canyon and city light vistas.

But it's the colors we absolutely love. The exterior is painted tomato red, the hallways are a golden yellow hue, and the living room is a warm chocolate brown.

Listing records say the house was last sold in 2005 for $1,150,000.

Longoria, beloved as Gabrielle Solis on ABC's long-running primetime soap "Desperate Housewives," has become a philanthropist and activist committed to Latino causes. She recently spoke at the Democratic National Convention and in May married businessman Jose "Pepe" Baston.

Variety also mentioned Longoria owns properties in San Antonio and Los Angeles, including a Laurel Canyon compound previously owned by Tom Cruise which the actress bought last year for $11.4 million.
