Uptown girl and legendary supermodel Christie Brinkley, who has a large portfolio of upscale properties, is relisting her gorgeous Colonial in Sag Harbor, NY, for $25 million. That's a big jump from the nearly $16 million she wanted for the beachfront property in 2010.
The 5,500-square-foot house, built in 1843, sits on 4.5 acres and claims 327 feet of beachfront overlooking Sag Harbor's open bay.
The five-bedroom, five-bath house, which has been renovated since Brinkley last tried to sell it, features many period details, including wide-plank pine floors, multiple fireplaces, and built-up moldings around door entrances. The open kitchen has soapstone and marble counters.
The master suite has a fireplace. A kid's room, which looks like it's built into the roofline, has a freestanding tub next to two beds.
Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman is the listing agent for Brinkley's $30 million estate in Bridgehampton, which hit the market in June. That 20-acre compound includes a four-bedroom main house with a 50-foot observation tower; four-bedroom guesthouse with greenhouse; and an art studio.
