Chicago Bulls guard Aaron Brooks has made smart moves off the bench in the Windy City, but he's still looking to score a buyer for his home in Maple Valley, WA. Priced at $2.02 million, the 8,280-square-foot mansion has been on the market since September.

The eight-year NBA vet and his wife, Shavonne, bought the house in 2012 for just over a million bucks. Outside, the 4.85-acre estate features an on-site basketball court (which we're guessing held special interest for the 30-year-old point guard) plus a children's play area.

Built in 2006, the country-style manor features four stonework fireplaces, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a combination great room and chef's kitchen, and an office with built-in shelving. The master bath features a spa tub, walk-in shower, and flat-screen TV.

The third floor of the massive house has a media room, game room, and recording studio. If you're into making beats and shooting hoops, this baller's palace might be your dream home.
