Prolific actor John Cusack is selling his beachfront home in Malibu, CA, according to Variety.
Since landing his first movie role in the early '80s, the actor has starred in a number of iconic films, including "Say Anything," "High Fidelity," and "Being John Malkovich." Last year, the 49-year-old actor starred as The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson in "Love & Mercy" alongside Elizabeth Banks, spokeswoman for realtor.com.
His 4,660-square-foot, Spanish-style house, listed for $13.5 million, has three bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, beach access, and waterfront views from nearly every window.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows providing impressive views of the California coastline. Of course, there's also a massive fireplace to keep things cozy.
The upstairs is currently being used as a gym (Hollywood stars have to keep in shape), but it could be a master bedroom, according to the listing. There's also a balcony leading off the upstairs sitting room. The lower level comes with a sauna, bathroom, and that oh-so-coveted beach access.
