Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump laid out the beginnings of his tax plan Sunday announcing he is planning significant tax cuts for middle class.

“It’s a substantial reduction for the middle-income people,” Trump told 60 Minutes’ Scott Pelley in an interview. “Because our middle class, Scott, is being absolutely decimated. It will be a corporate also reduction, I think it’ll be a great incentive for corporations.”

When getting into specifics of his tax plan Trump said “there will be a large segment of our country that will have a zero rate.”

When asked who will have their taxes raised under Trump’s proposed plan, the billionaire businessman said that some of the very wealthy are expected to shell out more.

“Some people that are getting unfair deductions are going to be raised,” said Trump. “But overall it’s going to be tremendous incentive to grow the economy and we’re going to take in the same or more money.”

Trump is set to release his final tax plan on Monday.

“I think we’re going to have something that’s going to be spectacular.”
