A German aid group says that four bodies have been recovered after a rubber boat full of migrants off Libya partially collapsed when it was attacked by people aboard a speedboat labeled as belonging to Libya's coast guard.

The Sea-Watch group says it was delivering life vests and medical aid to the rubber boat at the time of Friday's incident. It says people aboard the speedboat boarded the rubber vessel and hit migrants with sticks, whereupon the people on board panicked and the boat partially collapsed. Most of the estimated 150 people on board then ended up in the water, according to the group.

Sea-Watch says that 120 people were brought aboard one of its boats, and it recovered four bodies.
