Jayden Wilson, 5, a British boy who was recently diagnosed with a brain stem tumor, got a big surprise on his birthday when he got a visit from Spider-Man.
According to TwentyTwoWords.com, Wilson's father had the superhero's suit custom-made and jumped off the family's roof to surprise his son.
The father even faked an American accent to fool Wilson.
