West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster has been ruled out of action for up to 12 weeks, it was announced Tuesday.

The 30-year-old suffered a fractured bone in his right foot during the club's draw at Everton on Saturday, an injury that forced the 'keeper out of the match in the 77th minute.

Foster is due to undergo surgery in the coming days with Wales international Boaz Myhill slated as his replacement.
