WACO, Texas – Former Oregon running back Lache Seastrunk is transferring to Baylor.
Baylor announced Tuesday that Seastrunk has signed a financial aid contract and will enroll in the university and join the football team.
Seastrunk was connected to the probe into Oregon's use of Texas-based prep scouting service. The Ducks granted him his unconditional release last weekend.
Baylor coach Art Briles says he believes Seastrunk "is back where he needs to be."
Seastrunk is from Temple, Texas, which is about 35 miles south of the Baylor campus in Waco.
