Toronto, ON – Forward Gary Forbes has officially signed with Toronto after the Denver Nuggets chose not to match the Raptors' offer sheet.
Under the terms of the NBA's new collective bargaining agreement, the Nuggets had three days to match the Raptors' offer to Forbes, a restricted free agent.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The 6-foot-7 Forbes averaged 5.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in 63 games (11 starts) during his rookie campaign last season.
