Nuggets dominate Warriors
Denver, CO – Kenneth Faired scored 27 points and grabbed 17 rebounds as the Denver Nuggets pulverized the Golden State Warriors, 123-84, on Monday.
Arron Afflalo and Danilo Gallinari scored 15 points apiece, JaVale McGee and Corey Brewer both netted 13 and Al Harrington and Ty Lawson each finished with 10 for the Nuggets, who avenged a 112-97 loss to the Warriors on Saturday.
Denver retained its one-game lead on Phoenix for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference with the victory.
Klay Thompson supplied 17 points and Nate Robinson donated 16 for Golden State, which has lost two of three.
