Linebacker Travis Lewis plans to return for his senior season at Oklahoma.

Lewis announced Wednesday that he won't enter his name in the NFL draft and will come back for his final season with the Sooners with one goal in mind: winning a national championship.

In a statement released by the school, Lewis says "anything else would be a disappointment."

Lewis has led Oklahoma in tackles in each of the past three seasons and forced three critical turnovers in the Sooners' come-from-behind win against Nebraska in the Big 12 championship game.

He ranks ninth in career tackles for the Sooners and his eight career interceptions match the most by any Oklahoma linebacker.
