St. Louis, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The Los Angeles Dodgers will go with one left-hander in the bullpen for the National League Championship Series against St. Louis.

The Dodgers made two changes to their pitching staff prior to Friday's series opener, replacing southpaws Chris Capuano and Paco Rodriguez with righties Carlos Marmol and Edinson Volquez.

That leaves J.P. Howell as the only lefty in the pen.

Capuano picked up a win in his lone appearance in the NLDS against Atlanta. He relieved starter Hyun-Jin Ryu in Sunday's Game 3 and tossed three scoreless innings.

Rodriguez was tagged for two runs on four hits and walked two in his two outings.

There were no changes among the 14 position players.
