In his effort to keep journalists on their toes, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs had a surprise guest for reporters at the daily briefing today: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
She is there to provide a readout of her meeting with Pakistani president Zardari and Afghan president Karzai.
