Jenny from the block will be shining bright at the Oscars.
The “Papi” singer will be a presenter in the upcoming Academy Awards ceremony scheduled for Feb. 26 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, Calif.
Producers Brian Grazer and Don Mischer made the announcement on Tuesday on the Academy Awards website. Lopez will join the all female cast of “Bridesmaids” who already have been tapped to present in the prestigious ceremony as well.
Lopez’s movie credits include the biopic of Tejano singer “Selena,” “Out of Sight” with George Clooney” and “Enough.”
Many are wondering if JLO will be taking her new man Casper Smart as her date to the Academy Awards.
Recently Lopez has made headlines for the unflattering photos of her crying while on the phone as she sat on the balcony of her Miami, hotel suite.
“I spoke to my daughter yesterday on the balcony and I shed a tear,” Lopez revealed to Matt Lauer on The Today Show on Monday. “I miss her so much.”
Lopez was in the Sunshine state for a photo shoot. The curvaceous star was seen sporting a tight, white sexy swimsuit while taking glam pics with Mario Testino.

As always her new man Smart was by her side on set at all times.
People magazine reports that while at dinner with Spanish heartthrob Enrique Iglesias, Lopez gave Smart a special performance.
"After a festive dinner, she jumped up on the table and performed an impromptu dance in front of Casper, who sat there wide eyed and happy," an unidentified source told the Entertainment publication.
