Actor, Hollywood heartthrob and tabloid headliner, Lorenzo Lamas has seen his ups and downs over his three decades in front and behind the cameras. Son of famous Argentinian actor Fernando Lamas and American actress Arlene Dahl, Lamas shocked his parents when he said he too wanted to get into acting. He was 18.

Now he is exploring a different phase.

In his tell-all book, “Renegade at Heart,” Lamas takes the personal lane and doesn’t hold back on what it was like growing up in a broken home, reflects on why he wanted to act, revisits his career defining moments – think “Falcon Crest” and “Renegade” – and shares what he’s truly learned during his bumpy journey.

"There are perceptions out there that are just not accurate," he recently told “In the Foxlight” host, Michael Tammero. "'Why the five marriages? What happened? Why four divorces? How do you explain that?' … I don't leave much unsaid," he chuckled." I wanted it to be a fun read," he continued. "I really wanted the reader to come away with a smile, and a laugh, and then it's like, 'OK. Now he's not such a jerk.'"

Lamas also shared about his time at “The Celebrity Apprentice” and what it’s really like to be in the boardroom with Donald Trump.
