Report: ISIS threatens Washington, D.C., in new video

The Islamic State has reportedly released a new video that threatens to attack Washington, D.C., in the same way it attacked Paris on Friday.

"We say to the states that take part in the crusader campaign that, by God, you will have a day, God willing, like France's and by God, as we struck France in the center of its abode in Paris, then we swear that we will strike America at its center in Washington," said in a man in a video, according to Reuters.

Reuters said the authenticity of the video could not be judged, but said it appeared on a website ISIS has used to communicate.

The terrorist group has already used Twitter to threaten attacks against Rome, London and Washington.
