Power Play Video: "It's Time... For a Balanced Budget Discussion"

Talk of a "Balanced Budget Amendment" is once again making the rounds in the halls of the Capitol.

"It was super-hip back in the day," said Chris Stirewalt during Power Play Live on Wednesday.

Rep. David McKinley (R-WV) joined Stirewalt on the show and said, "it's time once again that we have a balanced budget amendment discussion... The American public wants to see a balanced budget, if the Democrats want to stand in the way let them do that."
