Marc Anthony's stint as an Encino man was brief.

The Puerto-Rican salsa crooner has listed his five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in the upscale Los Angeles suburb after owning it for only 18 months. It is on the market for $2.75 million.

According to the San Fernando Valley Blog, the former Mr. JLo purchased the 6,263 square-foot home in the San Fernando Valley in April 2013 for $2.25 million.

The late 1980s, mock Mediterranean-style house has a double-height foyer with a staircase with a wrought-iron handrail, formal living and dining rooms with dark wood floors and a carpeted and paneled home theater with a built-in wet bar.

The house also has an over-sized eat-in kitchen, a spacious master suite with a fireplace, a split-level bathroom and a wrought-iron balcony overlooking the backyard. The listing describes that bedroom’s closet space as “every woman’s dream.”

According to the San Fernando Valley Blog, it isn't known why Anthony decided to sell, but it might be related to a June court judgment ordering him to increase his child support payments from $13,400 to $26,800 a month to his second wife, former 1993 Miss Universe, Dayanara Torres, for their two boys.

He is marrying Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima in the Dominican Republic on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Anthony’s more famous ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, is reportedly in the process of buying a $22.25 million penthouse apartment in New York City.
