A Brazilian model who claims Chris Brown hit her in the face has filed a lawsuit against the embattled R&B singer.

Liziane Gutierrez claims Brown assaulted her early January when she tried to photograph him during a private party in Las Vegas.

Brown has denied the allegations. Then, in true gentlemanly fashion, he allegedly went on to bash the woman on Instagram in a profanity laced video where he called her “too ugly” to attend his party.

The video has since been deleted, but TMZ obtained a copy of it.

Gutierrez filed her suit Thursday in Clark County, Nevada, claiming battery, theft and defamation. She claims her cell phone was seized when she entered Brown’s hotel room at the Palms Hotel and Casino and Brown or someone from his team hit her.

Gutierrez had filed criminal charges against Brown, but police dropped the case last month citing a lack of evidence.

Nicole Perna, a publicist for Brown, has called the charges "unequivocally untrue,” adding that Gutierrez was escorted out of the private party for “being disruptive and out of control.”

"Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown – throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel' – as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party,” Perna said. “The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel."
