Amanda Bynes is back to her bizarre behavior.
The 28-year-old former child star, who seemed to be doing better after a public breakdown last year, told an In Touch Weekly reporter that she is engaged to a 19-year-old named Caleb. Bynes was snapped with a sparkling ring on her left hand in New York City a few days ago. She said her fiancé works at a bait shop in California, In Touch reported.
“I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f— them, but I can now say I’m engaged — get away from me,” she told In Touch. “I want to be married and I want to be away from people.”
She added that she wants to start a family.

“I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don’t want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew.”
Bynes is also back on Twitter. She posted several messages early Tuesday morning.
Bynes parents obtained a temporary conservatorship over their daughter last year after she set a fire in a random person’s driveway. Their conservatorship ended last month and her father told X17 Online last week that he has not had much contact with his daughter since.
While she was under her parents’ care, Bynes was studying fashion at FDIM in California. On Sept. 28, she was arrested on suspicion on a DUI, and a police report claimed she was under the influence of an unknown drug. Toxicology tests from her arrest will not become available for several weeks.
