A disturbing new video shows a group of young teens and at least one 12-year-old beating a 20-year-old woman after allegedly taking issue with her race and hairstyle in downtown Boston this week. Boston police have said a group of juveniles have been “terrorizing” the Downtown Crossing area, and a police report said the minors hurled “racially motivated insults” toward officers and victims.
