Mike Myers will return to his iconic role as Austin Powers, man of mystery, officially signing a deal for "Austin Powers 4," on Friday, HitFix reports.

The site confirms that the 48-year-old actor will return for the first time in over a decade as the comical spy character.

The storyline for the spy-spoof film has not yet been released. Nor has a director yet been assigned, but there are rumors that Jay Roach, the director for the previous three films --"International Man of Mystery" (1997), "The Spy Who Shagged Me" (1999) and "Goldmember" (2002) -- is a top pick.

Since his last appearance as the groovy Powers character, Myers has appeared in "The Love Guru" and "Inglourious Basterds," and was the voice of Shrek.
