Serbia got a tie-clinching doubles win of-five quarterfinal against 2.

Serbia and Belgium were knotted at a point apiece heading into Day 2 before Yanina Wickmayer gave the hosts a 2-1 lead with a 6-1, 6-0 pasting of Krunic in Sunday's opening reverse singles rubber. Krunic played in place of former world No. 1 and former U.S. Open runner-up Jelena Jankovic, a singles winner here on Saturday who was unable to play Sunday because of a left thigh injury.

But the Serbs were able to level the tie at 2-2 when Jovanovski drilled Kirsten Flipkens 6-2, 6-4, setting the stage for a deciding doubles affair at Charleroi's Spiroudome.

The 20-year-old Jovanovski and 18-year-old Krunic held off a Belgian duo of Wickmayer and Alison Van Uytvanck, 7-6 (7-2), 4-6, 6-1, as Jovanovski filled in for Jankovic and Wickmayer replaced Tamaryn Hendler for the hosts' pairing. Wickmayer went 2-0 in her singles matches this week.

Serbia is now 1-2 all-time versus Belgium.

The Serbs are seeking a first-ever Fed Cup title, while Belgium claimed its lone championship back in 2001.

Serbia will visit 2011 Fed Cup runner-up Russia for a semifinal in April.
