The Colorado Rapids announced Wednesday that the club has signed midfielder Harrison Henao on a loan deal from Colombian side Once Caldas. Henao will be added to the roster pending the receipt of his P-1 Work Visa and International Transfer Certificate.

"Harrison is a talented and versatile midfielder who gives us depth in the middle of the field," said Rapids Technical Director Paul Bravo. "He's already won a championship in Colombia and played in the Copa Libertadores, and we're pleased to add an exciting, young player to the roster."

Henao, 25, made his debut professional debut with Once Caldas in the 2010-11 season, helping the team win the Colombian league championship.
