Rams' Amendola ties record for 1st half catches

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola tied an NFL record for most receptions in the first half with 12 in Sunday's 31-28 win over the Washington Redskins.

He tied a record set by Reggie Wayne with Indianapolis in 2007 and finished the game with 15 catches for 160 yards and a score.

The fourth-year player set a career high in catches and yards in the game.
