Greg Whittington paced all scorers with a high 15 points off the bench, and No. 11 Georgetown downed No. 20 Notre 41, on Monday.

Jason Clark added 13 points and six rebounds while Henry Sims had 12 and six for the Hoyas (22-6, 12-5 Big East), who have won four of five. Otto Porter grabbed 10 boards in the victory.

Scott Martin and Eric Atkins each contributed nine points for the Fighting Irish (20-10, 12-5), who dropped their second consecutive contest after rolling off nine straight wins. No Irishman finished in double figures.

Notre Dame was held to an abysmal 33.3 percent (16-of-48) shooting from the field and finished with its lowest point total of the season. Its previous low was 50, in a win at Connecticut on January 29.
