Sparked by 3-pointers from James Ennis and Peter Pappageorge, Long Beach State went on a 10-0 run to begin the overtime period and went on to defeat UC Riverside 91-82 on Thursday night.

Keala King led Long Beach State (9-8, 5-1 Big West) with 18 points and Ennis had 17. Ennis had three 3-pointers and grabbed seven rebounds.

Tony Freeland scored 15 points for Long Beach State and Mike Caffey had 13.

UC Riverside (4-13, 1-4) had four men score in double figures. They were Chris Patton with 21 points, Chris Harriel with 15, Taylor Johns with 14 and Austin Quick with 12. Quick had four 3-pointers and Harriel had three 3-pointers.
