PHOENIX – New Orleans' Anthony Davis says his injured shoulder is improved but coach Monty Williams says the star forward's participation against Phoenix on Friday night will be a game-time decision.
Davis sprained his left shoulder in Wednesday night's loss at Dallas.
He said he participated in the entire morning shootaround and that the injury is not as painful as a similar one he experienced in the same shoulder last season.
Williams says he generally errs on the side of caution if there is any concern about an injured player but would not speculate on whether that would be the case with Davis.
