San Diego, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - The San Diego Chargers signed inside linebacker Kavell Conner to a three-year contract on Thursday.

Conner spent the past four seasons with the Colts, starting 36 of the 52 games he played. He had 236 tackles, one sack and two forced fumbles, including a 104-tackle season in 2011 when he played in all 16 games.

The Clemson product appeared in 10 games last year due to injuries.

The 27-year old joins current inside linebackers Donald Butler, Manti Te'o, Andrew Gachkar, Jonas Mouton and Terrell Manning on the roster.
