GOP Lawmaker Looking For Ways to Extend Payroll Tax Holiday

Chris Stirewalt discussed the debate over the federal payroll tax holiday today on Power Play Live.

"There is tremendous sympathy for extending the payroll tax holiday," said New York Represenative Nan Hayworth (R).

Hayworth argued that the payroll tax is used to pay for programs like Social Security and Medicare.
