Crafty Utah lawmakers would like to explain how bills become law...with a twist! The ‘hip’ lawmakers put together a rap to the tune of ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’. While Twitter users wasted no time poking fun at the clip, we can’t argue its creativity!

Utah House of Reps (@UtahReps) tweeted out the video saying:
