Much like Gina Rodriguez was the queen of the Golden Globes last year, a lucky fan will be the queen of her prom this year.

The award-winning actress showed her generosity when a fan – named Jessica Casanova – admitted to coveting the navy Zac Posen dress Rodriguez wore at this year’s award show.

“So would love to wear your Golden Globes dress to prom,” the teen from Buffalo, New York, tweeted to the actress late last week.

Rodriguez, who loves to respond to fans on Twitter, surprised Casanova letting her know that, while she doesn’t own the Posen dress, she does have the black Badgley Mischka gown she wore to the 2015 ceremony, when she won best actress in a comedy series.

“Where do you live? I only own my first Globes dress, the one from last year ... Maybe we can make this happen,” the 31-year-old actress tweeted back.

The two traded messages that paved the way for Casanova's dream to come true. “It would be an honor to wear it, it's beautiful,” the teen thanked Rodriguez.

Another fan chimed in, suggesting Rodriguez could lend the dress to other fans as well.

“You’re so stellar for this! Can we start a 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Gina Golden Globes Dress?'” Kailey Townsend tweeted referring to the film “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” – which stars the other Latina Golden Globe winner that the awards organizers have been known to confuse for Rodriguez, America Ferrera – in which four friends share a pair of jeans in their travels.

“I just melted. I swear I was just talking about this in the makeup/hair trailer on set,” Rodriguez responded.
