Eva Longoria is reportedly ready to move on from boyfriend Ernesto Arguello.
TMZ.com is reporting the former “Desperate Housewives” star split with her 34-year-old boyfriend this week after roughly four months of dating, adding that the couple’s busy lifestyles “just didn’t mesh.”
The 38-year-old actress had been practically attached to Arguello’s hip since they made their relationship public in July. They even spent time in Europe this summer, as recently as two weeks ago, in Marbella, Spain.
Rumors of a split started swirling last week when the Latina actress stepped out solo for her goddaughter’s birthday party. They have not been seen in public together since Aug. 6, during their trip to Europe.
A source told TMZ.com that the couple is “on hold right now.”
The gossip site said the reason for the split was the long-distance relationship. Longoria spends most of her time in Los Angeles while he is firmly situated in Miami.
The couple met last year while producing her show “Ready For Love,” a reality dating show on NBC. Arguello was one of the bachelors on the show.
Longoria has been married twice, splitting from “General Hospital” actor Tyler Christopher in 2004 and basketball star Tony Parker in 2011. After divorcing Parker she dated Eduardo Cruz, Penélope Cruz's baby brother, for a few months.
